D. SIVA RAMA RAJU, aged 49 years hails from agriculture family. Initially, he was running rice mill at his native place in West Godavari District in Andhra Pradesh apart from his agricultural activities. He diversified into civil contracts during late seventies and has executed several government, semi-government, public sector works. He was also into real estate business i.e., developing multi-storeyed apartment complexes for the last 20 years. He is a class I contractor for central government contract works. He later ran a finance business for a short period.

For the last three years, he has not taken up any major civil contract work and has put his efforts in the Katriya Hotel & Towers - getting various clearances from municipal corporation, HUDA and other government departments.

D.V.S. SOMARAJU, Son of D.Siva Rama Raju, aged 27 years will help his father look after the hotel project. Mr. Soma Raju has an MBA Degree from University of Dubuque, IA, USA.
